For quite some time now, there have been rumours over the years that director Trivikram Srinivas and Venkatesh would be coming together for a film. Given that several films of Venkatesh’s, including the evergreen Nuvvu Naaku Nachav and Malliswari, were written by Tivikram, fans have been eagerly waiting for this film to materialise. However, this hasn’t happened yet, due to various reasons.
Venkatesh recently addressed his fans and audiences through a video, in which he apologised to everyone regarding the direct OTT release of his upcoming film, Narappa. Venkatesh said that while fans are disappointed with the news, they didn’t find another way, due to the ongoing pandemic. In the same video, Venkatesh addressed the speculations surrounding his combination with director Trivikram.
Venkatesh said that while Trivikram and he are very much excited to collaborate together, they are waiting for the right script to fall into place. He said that script is everything and that they would definitely collaborate once they find the right script. Furthermore, Venkatesh said that he’s thoroughly enjoying shooting for F3, which is scheduled to release next year. Apart from this, Venkatesh also has Drushyam 2 ready for release. Drushyam 2 is also being released directly on OTT.
