Koratala Siva has delivered some memorable Telugu films like Mirchi, Srimanthudu, Janatha Garage and Bharat Ane Nenu. His movies usually mix strong social messages with commercial elements.
However Acharya turned out to be a big setback for him. He bounced back with NTR’s Devara. Although a sequel was announced, reports suggest it has been kept on hold.
Together with his friend Sudhakar, Koratala started Yuva Sudha Arts, which also co-produced Devara. The banner has already paid advances to young directors like Ajay Bhupathi, Shiva Nirvana, and Venky Kudumula.
Koratala is now planning to back multiple projects with these talents. He will be closely involved in script discussions, approvals, and production.
Recently Naga Chaitanya has agreed to do a film under Yuva Sudha Arts, adding more buzz. With this, Koratala Siva seems ready to become an active producer while his next directorial project is yet to be revealed.
