Yaaneea Bharadwaj is an Indian film actress who began her artistic journey in theatre in 2019, training under renowned theatre veterans. Her screen debut came with the critically acclaimed, Emmy-nominated web series Made in Heaven (2019), created by Zoya Akhtar. In it, she portrayed the pivotal role of Sukhmani Sidana, a Punjabi girl, earning praise for her compelling performance.
In 2021, Yaaneea starred in Chhorii, a Hindi-language horror film, where she garnered attention for undergoing full-body prosthetics for her role. Her performance earned her a Filmfare nomination for Best Supporting Actress, alongside established names like Mita Vashisth.
She further expanded her filmography with a lead role in the Telugu action-fantasy film Indrani, where she plays a superheroine skilled in combat, wielding nunchucks and swords.
Yaaneea is part of several upcoming projects, including the highly anticipated OTT series Gulkanda Tales, produced by Raj & DK and featuring Pankaj Tripathi among an ensemble cast.
