Indian cinematographer Vishnu Rao is well recognised for his work in Indian motion pictures. Vishnu Rao attended St. Mary’s (ISC) school while growing up in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He studied sociology and economics at Elphinstone College before graduating. He studied motion picture photography at the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, where he earned his post-graduation degree.
