Actor Sumanth Reddy, also known by his stage name Vaibhav, was born in India on April 21, 1978. He mostly works in the Tamil and Telugu cinema industries. Directed by his father, A. Kodandarami Reddy, he made his feature film debut in the Telugu movie Godava (2007). His roles in the Venkat Prabhu flicks Chennai 600028 II (2016), Saroja (2008), Goa (2010), and Mankatha (2011) are what made him most famous.
A. Kodandarami Reddy, a Telugu director, gave birth to Vaibhav Reddy in Chennai. He attended St. Bede’s Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in Chennai as well as the Cambridge Matriculation Higher Secondary School on Lloyds Road in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, for his education. With the 2018 film Seethakaathi, his older brother Sunil Reddy made his acting debut.
He debuted as an actor in the 2007 Telugu film Godava, directed by his father, which did poorly at the box office. He received training from Sathyanand of Vizag and the Asha Chandra School of Acting in Mumbai prior to making his stage debut. Saroja, a Tamil comedy-thriller film, was his next role. The Venkat Prabhu-directed movie was a critical and financial hit, making Vaibhav famous. He collaborated with the same group once more on the early 2010 release of the comedy Goa.
