Tramell Tillman born June 17, 1985 is an American actor. His first Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series came in 2025, and he is most known for his performance as Seth Milchick in the Apple TV+ series Severance (2022–present).
He attended Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans as a pre-med student with the intention of becoming an orthopedic surgeon after graduating from Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, Maryland, in 2003 . He did not enjoy his time there. His parents urged him to go to Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi, in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, fearing for his safety. He switched his major at Jackson State, where he earned a B.S. in public communication with honors in 2008. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee, with an MFA in acting in 2014. He was the program’s first African-American male graduate.
