Tharmeega Manimaran

Biography:

Tharmeega Manimaran is a Canadian-born Eelam Tamil actress based in Toronto. She is known for her role in Thayakam and several other upcoming films, working with filmmakers internationally, including from Norway, India, and Australia. She recently starred in the Indian premiere of Sem Mann, a hybrid production merging film, theatre, and dance, where she played the lead role on screen. She is also a Bharatanatyam practitioner and Koothu artist (traditional Tamil theatre), with experience performing in various Tamil historical-dramas.
