Biography:

The managing editor of the Telugu-language news channel 10TV is Swapna, who was born on September 6, 1974. She is a singer, journalist, and a Telugu-speaking TV presenter who was previously employed by Tv9.

Hyderabad is the birthplace of Swapna. Her mother, Jyotsna, is an FM radio host well known for her hit show JAPA 4. Her mother’s grandmother is an All India Radio personality on Radio Bhanumati.

Swapna began her career as a TV anchor with TV9 (Telugu), where she was the host of popular programs like Shara Maamule. Later on, she transitioned to radio, serving as BIG FM 92.7’s regional programming head. She was the host of RGV’s Ramuism series.She is a proficient vocalist and musician in Carnatic classical music.
