Indian cinema actor Subrata Dutta was born on November 16, 1975. The Bollywood movies Talaash, Tango Charlie, Zameen, The Shaukeens, Rakhcharitra, and Bhootnath Returns, as well as the Bengali movies Chaturanga, Bibar, and Jor, are his most well-known roles. West Bengal’s Bankura district is where Subrat Dutta was born. He finished his education at Bankura Christian Collegiate School and earned a bachelor’s degree in zoology from Bankura Sammilani College. He is the oldest of three brothers. Subrat Dutta, who came from a non-filmy background, was studying for his MBA and had no intention of working in movies until he saw an advertisement for a theater workshop.
He changed his mind and chose to enroll in the National School of Drama in Berhampore, West Bengal, after attending a 40-day program. Following his graduation from the National School of Drama with a master’s degree, he was awarded a scholarship by the Charles Wallace Trust in New Delhi to attend the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. His classmates at the National School of Drama were Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Swanand Kirkire, and Chittaranjan Tripathy.Prior to entering the film industry, he began his acting career as a theater performer with the NSD Repertory Company and portrayed the lead in 35 plays.PranatI Sengupta taught Subrat Dutta how to dance, and he has continued to participate in Tagore Dance Drama. After a few months, he abandoned his attempt to learn Kathak. He has participated in amateur “Jatra” as well.
