Sonya Cassidy

Biography:

It wasn’t until he was in his mid-twenties that Patrick began to pursue a career in acting. He didn’t like to perform when he was younger. Patrick refused to put on the green tights that were necessary for Peter Pan in third grade. 1977, he received his diploma from Farmington High School in Farmington, Michigan. At Bowling Green State University, Patrick participated in football and track & field. He grew interested in performing and drama and left school before he could graduate.

Cassidy studied at RADA and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Acting (H Level) in 2008. The Oracle in the Syfy fantasy series Olympus, Celine Ashworth in the police detective series Vera, and Clara in the BBC historical drama The Paradise were among her roles in 2012. In 2016, she costarred with Gemma Chan and Colin Morgan as industrial synth Hester in the science fiction series Humans on Channel 4.

In 2008, Cassidy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting (H Level) from RADA. In 2012, she played Clara in the BBC historical drama The Paradise, Celine Ashworth in the police detective series Vera, and the Oracle in the Syfy fantasy series Olympus. She played industrial synth Hester in the Channel 4 science fiction series Humans in 2016, costarring with Gemma Chan and Colin Morgan.
