Film producer Scott Stuber is from the United States. From 2017 to 2024, he served as Netflix Films’ chairman. Stuber worked as Lew Wasserman’s publicity assistant at Universal Pictures after earning a degree in film from the University of Arizona.

In 2004, Stuber and Mary Parent were appointed Vice Chairman of Worldwide Production for Universal Pictures, where they had previously served as co-presidents of production. The two entered into a production deal with Universal under the shingle in 2005. Parent/Student Productions
