She hosted a number of Travel Channel programs, such as Girl Meets Hawaii, Great Vacation Homes, Great Hotels, Passport to Europe, Passport to Latin America, Great Weekends, Green Getaways, Passport to China, and Samantha Brown’s Asia. In 2012, Brown started selling travel baggage under the Samantha Brown: Travel America brand. She started anchoring Samantha Brown’s Places to Love on PBS in January 2018. In addition to the PBS website and app, it is broadcast on PBS stations across the country.
