Indian actor Sachin Mani performs in Tamil movies. The first time Sachin featured was in Chennaiyil Oru Naal (2013), a thriller with various narratives that centered on a single occurrence that happened in Chennai. He played Karthik, the love interest of the character played by Parvathy Thiruvothu, who aspires to be a TV journalist. The movie did well at the box office and received favorable reviews when it first came out. He costarred with Nandita Swetha in the love drama Kaathiruppor Pattiyal (2018), in which he played the major role. He worked on 46, a movie about illegal bike racing in Chennai, in 2028. After sound engineer Resul Pookutty joined the project, it gained prominence, but production was later put on hold.
