Prakash Kapadia, a prominent Indian film writer, is best known for his collaboration with renowned Bollywood director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He made his debut as a dialogue and screenplay writer in the grand production “Devdas” in 2002. Subsequently, he contributed his writing talents to notable films such as “Black” (2005), “Saawariya” (2007), “Katyar Kaljat Ghusali” (2015), “Bajirao Mastani” (2015), and “Padmaavat” (2018), a period drama directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and featuring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh. In 2020, he was involved in “Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior,” directed by Om Raut and starring Ajay Devgn, Kajol, and Saif Ali Khan in pivotal roles.
