Biography:

Palash Vaswani, is an Indian filmmaker, producer and director for short films and contemporary video, Known for his strong presence in the Hindi digital film ecosystem and streaming services . A career path starting in the mainstream space of mainstream corporate advertising, Lowe Lintas, led him to the core of creativity within the company The Viral Fever , where he established himself as one of the members of its creative executive directors and worked in this section from this company, creating content related to people in their everyday lives with a unique human touch and a focus on the narrative based on the person. He gained wide fame, with recognition from film and streaming criticism, after directing two seasons ( 2 and 3) of the critically praised family series of Filmfare OTT Award Gullak.

He also directed Cheesecake (2019), series set in the romantic comedy genre and focused on slice of life , in MX Player . In 2025, he directed the first web series of the historic company Rajshri Productions , called Bada Naam Karenge , where he delves into the complex intricacies of a family through the traditional genre of a family drama. He directs within India’s digitally evolving entertainment world, known for his authentic expression of characters, measured pace, emotional depth and modern rendering of everyday family life.
