Indian filmmaker, cinematographer, and producer P. G. Muthiah has experience in the Tamil film business.
Beginning his career as a cinematographer, Muthiah worked on films directed by R. Kannan, including Poo (2008), which won state awards in Tamil Nadu, and Kanden Kadhalai (2009). Through his company, PG Media Works, Muthiah made the decision to produce and fund three low-budget drama films in 2015: Raja Manthiri (2016) and Peechankai (2017). He produced and directed the film Madura Veeran (2018), which starred Shanmuga Pandian and Samuthirakani.
