Biography:

Nushrratt Bharuccha, formerly known as Nushrat Bharucha, was born on May 17, 1985, into a Dawoodi Bohra family in Mumbai, India. She is the cherished only child of her parents, Tanvir Bharucha, a businessman, and Tasneem Bharucha, a devoted homemaker.

Nushrratt embarked on her acting journey after gaining initial experience in television. Her cinematic debut came with “Jai Santoshi Maa” in 2006. However, it was her performances in “Love Sex Aur Dhokha” (2010) and “Pyaar Ka Punchnama” (2011) that garnered her widespread recognition.

Her career soared with leading roles in successful comedies such as “Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2” (2015), “Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety” (2018), and “Dream Girl” (2019). Nushrratt continued to impress audiences with her versatility, appearing in films like “Chhorii” (2021), “Janhit Mein Jaari” (2022), and “Ram Setu” (2022).

Educationally, Nushrratt holds a degree in Fine Arts from Jai Hind College in Mumbai.
