Born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Nimisha is the daughter of Sajayan, an engineer, and Bindhu Sajayan, originally from the Kollam district in Kerala. Her maternal roots trace back to Punalur in Kollam district. Nimisha completed her education at Carmel Convent School, Mumbai, and graduated from KJ Somaiya College, Mumbai.
Nimisha’s acting journey took off with her role in “Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum.” She then went on to play the lead role in the film “Eeda,” directed by B. Ajithk and Rajeev Ravi.
