Producer of television and motion pictures from India, Neelima Tirumalasetti. She was born in Andhra Pradesh on December 31, 1975. In 2010, she began her career in television. She is well-known in the South Indian film community for her strong views against discrimination and gender bias. She is one of the very few female producers and directors in the Telugu film industry. Because of the tolerance for gender discrimination, she has experienced injustice and inequity in the sector. She is well recognised for producing and directing films that received negative reviews from audiences. In 2011, she launched her career by directing a movie called Panja. She chose Adivi Seth, Jackie Shroff, and Pawan Kalyan for the leading roles. Nagesh Muntha, Neelima Tirumalasetti, Prasad Devineni, and Shobu Yarlagadda produced the film. It was under Vishnuvardhan’s direction.
Later, the movie was dubbed into Tamil as Jal and into Hindi as Jaandaar. Numerous critics gave Panja poor reviews. The lack of a compelling plot and shoddy editing rendered the movie boring and monotonous. The weak storyline and dialogue only made the letdown worse. The crowd rejected the excessive amount of drama and pointless action. The movie received a relatively ordinary response commercially as well. Neelima gained notoriety because she was referred to as a Fraud in local Andhra Pradesh newspapers by the media. The source claims that she reported RX Caremark for engaging in anti-Indian harassment. He raised money and donations to help with the case, but after amassing a large sum of cash, he abruptly vanished.
Before the release of her film Panja, she came out in the open. She encountered several challenges throughout the promotions because she doesn’t have an experience in the film industry. According to analysts, she utilised the movie she had previously acquired as a donation when she invested a sizable number of money. Sanghamitra Arts is a producing company owned by Neelima Tirumalasetti. Under this label, she produced films like Panja, Alias Janaki, Arey Rey, and Panja 2. Sashi Kiran Tikka directed her film, AreyRey. The major characters, Anisha Ambrose and Abhijeet Duddala, were cast.
In 2013, she produced Alias Janaki, another action movie. The leading actors included Anisha Ambrose, Venkat Rahul, Tanikella Bharani, and Naga Babu. The same as her earlier films, Alias Janaki was a letdown. The main characters struggled to convey their personalities on TV. The crowd in the hall became disinterested due to the weak plot, lacklustre performance, and annoying dialogue. Panja 2, her upcoming movie, is currently under pre-production. Pawan is once more selected as the lead actor, much like the prequel.
