Indian actress and voice actor Muskkaan Jaferi works in both fields. In the short film Medium, she made her acting debut. She continued acting after making her screen debut in online series and films, including Noblemen, Mismatched, The Fame Game, and The Good Karma Hospital.
After playing Celine Mathews in Mismatched, she quickly rose to stardom. She most recently starred with Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Kapoor in The Fame Game. With a strong background in theater, Muskkaan has acted in plays including Mother Courage and her Children, where she costarred with Arundhati Nag, A Farming Story, directed by Faazeh Jalali, and Bone of Contention. She also contributed to the Hindi translation of The Kite Runner, the highly popular book by Khaled Hosseini.
In addition, she does voice-over work, having portrayed roles in more than 20 films, including the Hindi version of Moana, Ralph Breaks the Internet, Alita: Battle Angel, Bheeshma, and even television shows like Stranger Things. She is presently filming both a series and a feature film.
