In the Indian film industry, Manish Nair is a producer who has primarily worked in the Tamil film industry, however he has also produced a few Hindi films. He began his career in 2005 as a line producer for the Tamil film Chocolate: deep dark secrets. In 2006, he became an actor and producer for the same film, Nenjil Jil Jil.
His other works include Sat Shri Akaal England, Sridevi Bungalow, Dil Diya Hai, Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal, Aashiq Banaya Apne: Love takes over, Viruddh: Family comes first, and Khido Kundi. In addition, Manish Nair has contributed to a few Hindi TV series, including Rab Se Sohna Ishq, Sarswatichandra, Ishq Mein Marjaawan, and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.
Sarswati Chandra was an adaptation of Govardhanram Tripathi’s novel; the serial ran for a year between 2013 and 2014. Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has enormous popularity and adoration from the TV audience, and the show aired for six years straight from 2013 to 2019. 2018 saw the release of Manish Nair’s most recent project, Khido Kundi. He is currently employed by Clayton Films as a UK line producer.
