She gained significant recognition from the popular Bengali TV series Astey Ladies, directed by Abhijeet Chowdhury. The series, which starred Madhurima Ghosh alongside Sandipta Sen and Saayoni Ghosh, was released on March 15, 2019.

Madhurima began her acting career in 2011 with the film Keloda in Kashmir, directed by Sanghamitra Chaudhari. The movie featured prominent actors like Shankar Chakraborty, Madhurima Ghosh herself, and Souradeep Ghosh, and it premiered on September 23, 2011.
