Lisa Lassek

Biography:

Lisa Lassek is an American film and television editor who has also worked as an associate producer on the TV series Firefly. She edited episodes during the sixth season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, worked as an assistant editor on Angel, and edited several episodes of Firefly. Lassek frequently collaborates with Joss Whedon, having edited his first feature film Serenity, as well as the Marvel films The Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron (co-edited with Jeffrey Ford). She has also worked with Drew Goddard, editing The Cabin in the Woods and Bad Times at the El Royale.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Lassek is a graduate of Vassar College and Boston University.
