Lee Jin-wook

Biography:

Lee Jin-wook is a prominent South Korean actor known for his diverse roles in television dramas and films. His career began with modeling in commercials before transitioning into acting. He gained fame through roles in dramas such as Glass Castle (2008–2009), I Need Romance 2012 (2012), and the time-travel romance Nine (2013). Lee’s popularity grew as he appeared in multiple hit series including Voice (2018–2019), Sweet Home (2020–2024), and the upcoming Squid Game (2024).

In addition to television, Lee has also made a mark in films like Miss Granny (2014), The Beauty Inside (2015), and The Target (2014). He has portrayed a variety of characters, including a time-traveling anchor in Nine, a North Korean agent in Myung-wol the Spy, and a plastic surgeon in A Year-End Medley (2021).

Lee’s personal life has also attracted attention. He dated Air City co-star Choi Ji-woo for three years before their breakup in 2011. In 2014, he briefly dated actress Gong Hyo-jin.
