Actress Lalitha Kumari was born in India on May 18, 1967, and her career began with Tamil cinema. She is the younger sister of actress Disco Shanti and the daughter of Tamil actor C. L. Anandan.
Lalitha Kumari wed actor Prakash Raj in 1994; the two had a son who passed away in 2004 as well as two daughters. 2009 saw the couple’s divorce.
Alongside seasoned actors like Senthil and Goundamani, Lalitha Kumari featured in a number of films. She has also acted in important roles in movies such Sigaram, Pudhu Pudhu Arthangal, Manadhil Urudhi Vendum, and Pulan Visaranai.
