Kutub Inamdar

Biography:

Indian film editor and cinematographer Kutub Inamdar primarily edited Marathi movies. His most well-known works are Ghar Banduk Biryani (2023), Jhund (2022), and Sairat (2016). For Sairat, he received a nomination for Best Editing at the Third Filmfare Awards Marathi. Before working with Nagraj Manjule on Sairat, Kutub Inamdar’s career started in 2009 with the short film Pistulya.

The miniseries Unpaused: Naya Safar (a follow-up to Unpaused) was edited by Kutub Inamdar in 2022. Nandini Ramnath of Scroll.in said “Writers Manjule and Sudhir Kulkarni, cinematographer Harshvardhan Waghdhare and editor Kutub Inamdar build up a hypnotic rhythm before opening out the story to Vikas’s worst fears.”
