Karan Maan is an Indian actor known for his work in movies and television. He made the move to Mumbai in 2016, where he landed his first role in Salman Khan’s film “Tubelight”, portraying the character of the Commanding Officer of Sohail Khan’s. His most recent project is the Amazon Originals series “Farzi”, and he is currently working on the Netflix series “FYEO”.
In addition to his recent work, Karan has been involved in various other projects, including the ongoing series “Sanwari”, which is garnering attention in award circles. He has also appeared in several movies, web series, and TV shows such as “Harphoul Mohini” (Colors), “Balli 1984” (Docudrama), “Jamai 2.0” (Zee5), “Love in Taxi”, “Kaun??” (Flipkart OTT), and “Yeh Hai Mohabbatein” (Balaji). Additionally, he is a member of the “Rang Sangh” theatre group.
Originally named Balkaran Singh Maan, Karan was born on August 17, 1989, in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. He earned a BCA degree from Modi College in Jaipur before moving to Gurgaon. While working in an MNC, he also pursued his passion for acting by joining the Behroopia theatre group, where he performed in numerous plays across North India.
