Jessica Alexander

Biography:

Actress Jessica Caroline Alexander was born in England on June 19, 1999. She made her feature film debut in Glasshouse and A Banquet (2021) after starting her career in short films and receiving praise for her performance in the BBC iPlayer series Get Even (2020). As Vanessa in Disney’s live-action musical fantasy The Little Mermaid (2023), she rose to even greater fame.At the age of 14, Alexander started going to film auditions. She debuted in the 2013 short film Necktie, directed by Yorgos Lanthimos. In 2016, she participated in another short film, named Truck.  She made her television debut in the 2018 Italian Disney Channel adolescent dramedy Penny on M.A.R.S. as Lucy Carpenter. Select Model Management scouted her in the same year.
