English author Iain Kevan Morris was born on August 6, 1973. His most well-known works include co-hosting a show on London radio station XFM with stand-up comedian Jimmy Carr and co-creating The Inbetweeners with his writing partner Damon Beesley.
He featured in the “Iron” and “Music” episodes of cult parody TV show Look Around You, as well as on Jimmy Carr’s second live DVD, as a panellist on a segment named Comedy Idol. Two episodes of HBO’s Flight of the Conchords, “The Actor” from Season One and “Unnatural Love” from Season Two, are among the other writing credits. Morris also co-scripted the BBC’s football comedy series The First Team in 2020 and co-wrote the screenplay for the 2023 sports comedy Next Goal Wins with Taika Waititi.
