Biography:

Indian model and actress Hemangi Kavi is mostly involved in Marathi movies and television shows. Hemangi Kavi was raised in Kalva, Thane, and is originally from Mumbai. In Kalva, Thane, she was a student at Sahakar Vidya Prasarak Mandal Secondary School.

After that, she attended the JJ School of Arts, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She also started working as a web designer after earning her diploma in web design. She started a career in theater because she was interested in performing.

She made her acting debut in two Marathi films, Dhudgus (2008) and Rangee Berangee (2008), both released in 2008. Since then, she has starred in a number of movies that have helped her carve out a niche for herself in Marathi cinema, including Manatlya Manat (2010), Kon Aahe Re Tikade (2010), Paradh (2010), Davpech (2010), Paach Naar Ek Bejaar (2010), Pangira (2011), Fakt Ladh Mhana (2011), Swarajya (2011), Gola Berij (2012), Pipaani (2012), and Gadad Jambhal (2012).

Her TV appearances include the comedy series Maddam Sasuani Dhaddam Sun, which was telecasted in Mi Marathi and garnered appreciation for her performances, Phulpakharu on Zee Yuva, and Fu Bai Fu and Mrs. Mukhyamantri, which aired on Zee Marathi.
