George Sebastian

Biography:

S. George, sometimes known as George Sebastian, is an Indian producer and makeup artist who works in the Malayalam cinema industry. He is M. O. Devasia’s son. He is well-known for working frequently with Mammootty, appearing in over 25 movies with him before taking on the role of personal makeup artist. He received the Kerala State Film Award for Best Makeup for Paleri Manikyam: Oru Pathirakolapathakathinte Katha (2010), the Kerala Film Critics Association Award for Karutha Pakshikal (2008), and the Kerala State Film Award for Best Film (as producer) for Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam (2022). George was born in Alleppey to M.O. Devasia, one of the top makeup artists in Malayalam cinema. After completing his education in Chennai, he worked as his father’s assistant in the Malayalam film industry. George and Usha George are wed. Cynthia George and Cylvia George are the couple’s two daughters.
