Frances Turner

Biography:

Turner attended Cornell University and Georgetown Law School after being born in New Rochelle, New York. She was a corporate lawyer prior to her career in acting. In The Man in the High Castle, Turner portrayed Bell Mallory. In New Amsterdam, she later portrayed Lyn Malio. In 2024, Turner joined the cast of Fallout, a television series based on the same-titled video game franchise, where she portrayed Cooper Howard’s wife, Barb. She plays a senior Vault-Tec executive.  She makes flashback appearances throughout the season. Season 2 will feature her.
