Farook J Basha

Biography:

Tamil filmmaker Farook J. Basha is well-known for his work on the television series Mugilan and the film Rudra Thandavam. One of Basha’s most recent film efforts is the Tamil movie Rudra Thandavan, which he directed and wrote the story for.

Mohan G is a filmmaker from Tamil Nadu. In key parts in the film are Richard Rishi, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Dharsha Gupta, which is produced by GM Films Corporation and 7G Films.

The film, which debuted in 2021, centers on Rudran, an officer renowned for his bravery. Rudran fights the drug cartels, only to get entangled in another investigation. Seeing how the police officer gets himself out of the sticky situation is interesting to see.

Basha is recognized for having done the cinematography for the 2020 release of the crime web series Mugilan. Sri Ram Ram is the director and writer of the Tamil web series, which features Karthik Raj and Ramya Pandian in the key parts.

Produced by Insideus Media, the eight-episode online serial centers on a young man who starts out as an accountant before becoming a liquor dealer. The boy going by the title becomes a mobster in the end. The don runs away to Dubai after being accused of killing people and tries to thwart every police move against him.

Basha played the director of photography for the 2015 short film Swayer Corporations. Yusuf Muhammad and Vijay Ram play important parts in this short film, which was written and directed by R. Rathindran Prasad. The sci-fi and thriller short film, produced under the Whole Wide World Films label, centers on an environmentalist who sets out on a mission to remove the CEO of a chemical corporation. On the way, though, he counters someone, which causes his perspective to shift.

R. Rathindran Prasad directed and wrote the 2015 short film Kodaikanal Won’t, for which Basha served as cinematographer. Produced by Archana Sekar, Sofia Ashraf sings in the little clip. In addition, Ashraf wrote the song’s lyrics and performed the playback.

The film discusses the environmental problems that a company’s production wastes caused in Kodaikanal, a hill region in south India, and how those problems affected the local ecology. As a result, numerous employees as well as other people died.

The purpose of the movie was to raise awareness of the organization’s inhumane practice of dumping poisonous substances into the environment and public health without proper consent.
