Biography:

Indian actress and performer Esha Wadnerkar, better known by her stage name Esha Dey, is well-known for her roles in Marathi theater, movies, web series, and TV serials. Maharashtrachi Hasyajatra, a Marathi television program, is what made her famous.

In 2011, Dey started her career as a theater performer before branching out to act in movies, online series, and television. She earned an M.A. in acting from the London School of Dramatic Art and in Kathak dance from Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune.The COVID-19 shutdown started when she returned to India after completing her study in London. She accepted actor Sameer Khandekar’s invitation to make a video for his YouTube channel, “Asowa,” during this period. She chose Maharashtrachi Hasyajatra over Vishakha Subhedar when the video received a favorable response.

She is represented by the business “BhaDiPa” and has taken part in a number of initiatives under “BhaDiPa.”Esha and Ranveer Singh appeared on film together in a Dalmia cement commercial in 2024. The next year, she starred in Gulkand, the fourth-highest Marathi film of 2025.
