Beanie Feldstein is an American actress and stage performer who has earned recognition for her warm screen presence, expressive acting and natural comic timing. Born Elizabeth Greer Feldstein, she developed an interest in performing at a young age and began acting in childhood theatre productions. She later studied at Wesleyan University, graduating with a degree in sociology while continuing to pursue her passion for acting.

Beanie gained wider attention through films such as Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising and Greta Gerwig’s critically acclaimed coming-of-age drama Lady Bird, in which she played Julie Steffans, the loyal and lively best friend of Christine “Lady Bird” McPherson. Her performance brought warmth and humour to the story and helped establish her as a promising young performer. She reached another career milestone with Booksmart, playing Molly Davidson, a hardworking student who discovers the importance of friendship, fun and personal experiences. The role earned her a Golden Globe nomination.
