Devanshu Singh is an Indian filmmaker, director, and writer who has gained recognition in his field by creating works for both Bollywood and digital entertainment. His professional portfolio includes numerous films and series, in each of which he successfully combines the roles of the director, screenwriter, and lyric writer.

Devanshu Singh is best known for having directed the short film Tamaash (2013) about life in Kashmir and the ZEE5 TV series Chintu Ka Birthday (2020), telling the story of how an Indian family is affected by the US invasion of Iraq. In addition, it was Devanshu Singh who became the creator of the social romantic comedy feature 14 Phere (2021) and the musical drama series Khalbali Records (2024).
