American actor, writer, and producer David Dastmalchian was born on July 21, 1975. Abra Kadabra in the CW’s The Flash, Polka-Dot Man in The Suicide Squad (2021), Kurt and Veb in the Ant-Man franchise, and Thomas Schiff in The Dark Knight (2008) are just a few of the superhero properties in which he has played supporting roles.
Dastmalchian has starred in three Denis Villeneuve-directed motion pictures: Blade Runner 2049 (2017), Dune (2021), and Prisoners (2013). Dastmalchian is most recognized for his work as a character actor, although he also starred in the horror movie Late Night with the Devil (2023), which he produced, and the semi-autobiographical movie Animals (2014), which he wrote. He will also make a special appearance on the upcoming Dexter: Resurrection revival series and play Mr. 3 in the Netflix series One Piece.
