Christian Shannon Gann

Biography:

Chris, a former world and national champion Jet Ski racer, was reared on a goat farm in Reno, Nevada, and has been an actor for more than 15 years. Chris relocated to Los Angeles to pursue acting after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Cal State Sacramento, but he had no immediate success.

However, a few years later, director Rob Cohen gave Gann a break by casting him alongside Vin Diesel and Samuel Jackson in the Sony Studios smash xXx. While working on Disney’s $50 million comedy The Pacifier, he got back together with Diesel. Chris has appeared in more than 30 movies, more than 50 national commercials, and more than 25 TV guest stars since his breakthrough appearances. As a stuntman, Chris was nominated by the Screen Actors Guild for his work in “Transformers Dark Side of the Moon” (2011). His roles have allowed him to collaborate with directors including Michael Bey, Adam Shankman, and Eriq La Salle.
