Catherine McCormack

Biography:

Actress Catherine Jane McCormack was born in England on April 3, 1972. Braveheart (1995), The Land Girls (1998), Dangerous Beauty (1998), Dancing at Lughnasa (1998), Spy Game (2001), and 28 Weeks Later (2007) are among the films in which she appeared. She has performed in the National Theatre’s productions of Honour (2003) and All My Sons (2000).

The birthplace of McCormack is Epsom, Surrey, England. Because one of her grandfathers was Irish, she has some Irish ancestry.  After her mother passed away from lupus when McCormack was six years old, she and her brother Stephen were raised by her steelworker father. [4] She went to the Convent of Our Lady of Providence and was raised as a Roman Catholic. She continued her education by attending the Oxford School of Drama.
