Atul Kale

Biography:

Actor, singer, musician, and filmmaker Atul Kale hails from India. Shahanpan Dega Deva, De Dhakka, and Matichya Chuli were all directed by him. For his acting, directing, singing, and music direction, he has received MATA Sanman and Zed Gaurav awards. Additionally, he played the role of Gidwani/Gaikwad Film Director in the film Mee Shivaji Raje Bhosale Boltoy.
Mumbai’s Girgaon is where Kale was born. He became interested in experimental theatre while in college. He performed in a number of Marathi and English plays, including Planchet, Anamay, Farsh-Babulchya Premacha, and Katha Mastaramachi. His performance in Planchet alongside Devendra Pem earned him multiple honours.

He assumed his father’s role at Oriental Insurance after his father passed away. He was given the opportunity to sing professionally by an Oriental associate, where he sang with Johnny Lever and Mahendra Kapoor. Atul was given the opportunity to see All the Best, a commercial drama directed by his buddy Devendra Pem, in English at this period. Later on, he got a call from Mahesh Manjrekar, which sparked his acting career.
