Adolfo Margiotta is an Italian musician, comedian, and actor (Tower of the Greek, January 1, 1963). The author of “Siamo due spermatozoi” and “Ecuador,” who graduated from the School of the Teatro Stabile di Genova, is well-known on television, particularly when paired with Massimo Olcese in the duo Chiquito y Paquito. She performed a number of bizarre jokes that parodied soap operas in the shows “Avanzi” (1993) and “Disokkupati” (1997), in which she played Speranzo Zammataro.
Since January 2010, Margiotta has co-hosted “Radio 2 Social Club” with Virginia Raffaele and Luca Barbarossa, a Radio 2 program that airs live from the U3 studio in Via Asiago in Rome on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 to 12:30. The show is set in a local imaginary where people converse, listen, and create music (a singer hosts each episode). Margiotta offers both her songs and those of other writers, like Giorgio Gaber and Sandro Luporini.
