Here is why Bellamkonda lad said yes to Rakshasan

Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas is someone who is pretty fond of playing roles of cops. That is why, he has chosen to be part of Rakshasan, an official remake of Tamil blockbuster hit Ratsasan, which has Vishnu Vishal and Amala Paul as the lead actors.

During the promotions of Sita, the youngster revealed that he always wanted to play a cop and the dream came true with Kavacham. But the film couldn’t live up to the expectations. So the actor wanted to play a cop once more, but this a role with some meaning.

He said, “I liked Ratsasan and the way it got me indulged into it is something I couldn’t believe. I wanted feel and believe that I was a cop. I loved the script and immediately said yes when the offer came to me.”

The film is going to be released in July and the shooting is going to be wrapped in a couple of weeks.
