Suriya 47 Kickstarts, Nazriya Joins As Female Lead

Suriya has officially started his 47th film directed by Malayalam filmmaker Jithu Madhavan. The movie was launched in a grand way this morning and shooting will begin tomorrow in Kerala.

Malayalam actors Nazriya and Naslen will play important roles. Jithu Madhavan earlier made the hit film Aavesham.

This new movie will be shot in both Tamil and Malayalam at the same time and later dubbed into other languages.

Nazriya plays the female lead. Sushin Shyam will compose the music and background score. The film is produced by Zhagaram Studios LLP. Suriya will be seen as a powerful police officer in this action drama.

He has already finished shooting Karuppu and is currently working on his 46th film with Venky Atluri releasing in summer 2026 as per the reports.
