Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) is known for his controversies. For the last few years he has frequently criticized Chandrababu Naidu, and Powerstar Pawan Kalyan.
Recently after the new AP government took charge, cases were filed against RGV by AP police. However he avoided the investigation multiple times without proper communication.
Now, Ongole police visited RGV’s Hyderabad residence, sparking rumors of his arrest. RGV’s lawyer responded, stating that the filmmaker is busy with shoots and cannot attend the investigation in person.
The lawyer suggested virtual questioning as an alternative, mentioning that canceling shoots would result in heavy losses for the producer.
Through his lawyer, RGV also apologized for not appearing before the AP police, explaining that his schedules were planned long in advance.
