All those who saw the film Gang Leader said that the climax of the film is quite weak and a better climax could have been made better to meet the expectations of the viewers.

Now, there is gossip going around that Nani had indeed changed the climax of the film. Initially, the film had a new climax which the director Vikram Kumar had thought.

But Nani thought that would give the film a weak ending. That is the reason, he changed the climax and made it a bit commercial. This plan did not work as it backfired with the film.
