“Kubera” is about to kick off promotions as it nears the end of production. This film stars Dhanush, with Nagarjuna Akkineni in a special role, and Rashmika as the main heroine. Rashmika, who quickly rose to fame, hasn’t been on screen since “Animal“.
The long shooting schedules of her multiple films have kept her away from theaters, but fans can expect a busy year ahead, with six releases lined up over the next 10 months.
Starting with “Pushpa 2“, Rashmika will return as Srivalli, in a more significant role this time. Director Sukumar is said to have added new layers to her character.
In Bollywood, she’ll appear in the historical epic “Chava”, alongside Vicky Kaushal, playing a powerful role in a story about the Maratha hero Shambhaji.
She’s also starring in “The Girl Friend”, directed by Rahul Ravindran, with her character as the main focus. This film is expected to release in the summer.
Additionally, Rashmika will appear alongside Salman Khan in “Sikander”, directed by A.R. Murugadoss, set to release on Eid, marking her first film with the Bollywood star.
Meanwhile, “Kubera”, directed by Sekhar Kammula, will also feature Nagarjuna and Dhanush, raising expectations for this project.
Rashmika will headline the horror drama “Thama” from the makers of “Stree 2“, adding a thriller element to her career.
She also has “Rainbow” in the works, though its status is currently unclear. With most of these movies set to release in the coming months, Rashmika is all set to take over the big screen soon.
