Rakul says fitness doesn’t come with starvation 

Rakul Preet Singh got trolled a lot about her fitness recently and the actress is maintaining a very strict diet and exercise regime to look like a supermodel in zero size figure. The actress said that she doesn’t starve herself.

She said, “Fitness doesn’t mean you eat only certain food items or starve yourself beyond limits. I am trying hard to achieve a look but for that, I don’t want to starve myself.

I eat whatever I like but in restricted quantities. I like to explore different types of food and can’t control the temptation but I keep the quantity and quality under good check to enjoy it.”

She also said that she always loved cooking and eating different varieties and she has the ambition to open a restaurant one day that will serve all cuisines with best chefs from around the world.rakul preet
