Pawan Kalyan was suffering big time with his back pain which he sustained during the time of Gabbar Singh. Since then he has been ignoring his health.
Now, from the past few days, there has been a talk that he will undergo back surgery in London. But now the latest update is that he has decided against the surgery.
So, Pawan is now undergoing physiotherapy treatment for his back in Hyderabad itself. Someone close to Pawan has suggested him this and he is getting it done.
