After the remarkable success of his film “Thunivu,” the esteemed actor Ajith Kumar wasted no time in signing his next project, titled “Vidaamuyarchi.” This much-anticipated film encountered several setbacks, including a director change, but it has finally commenced shooting in Azerbaijan earlier this month.
The latest reports from insiders suggest that Thala Ajith Kumar has been offered a whopping remuneration of 150 crore rupees for this upcoming endeavor. The media had been abuzz with speculations regarding the director for Ajith’s next film, with names like Siruthai Siva and Vishnuvardhan being the fan favorites.
However, to everyone’s surprise, Ajith has chosen Adhik Ravichandran, the director of the recent blockbuster “Mark Antony,” starring Vishal and S J Suryah, to helm “AK 63.” Adhik’s strong admiration for Ajith, coupled with his appearance as a villain in “Nerkonda Paarvai,” further strengthened their bond.
Adhik shared that he pitched the concept of “Mark Antony” to Ajith, who not only encouraged him but also recognized the brilliance of the idea. Elred Kumar from RS Infotainment, renowned for producing Vetrimaaran’s “Viduthalai” and its sequel, is set to produce this exciting collaboration between Ajith and Adhik.
