Major shows no improvement in Hindi

Adivi Sesh’s much highly anticipated film Major, directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, based on the real life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, was released on Friday, worldwide. The film was showcased in premieres, much before that as well.

Major opened to good numbers everywhere, and has been receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from every one, with all saying one thing, that the film is a must watch for every Indian. However, there’s a lot of silence surrounding Major’s Hindi version. The film hasn’t opened in good numbers in the Hindi market and hasn’t shown any improvement in the Hindi market yet.

Given that huge promotions for the film were done in the Hindi market, the film’s underwhelming performance in the Hindi market is shocking everyone. Nevertheless, it is being expected that the film is going to pick up in the coming days, as has been the case with many other films in Hindi, in recent times.
